Shipping is free with purchase amounts over $100. Please allow up to seven working business days for us to ship your purchase. All machines have been sewn out with our highly qualified staff to make sure they work properly, but if anything is less than satisfactory upon arrival let us know immediately and send pictures. You have 30 days upon receipt to return your product. Machines and Bernina and Bernette products must be returned with all their original packaging. All products over $100 have free return shipping.
