*Exploding Heart or Exploding Heart Mini, by Slice of Pi Quilts (I made the Mini) or Exploding Heart of America Quilt Pattern by Threaded Lines
Fabrics for the Mini
Background – 1 1/2 Yards
Colors – 14 Fat Eighths (I used 7 Fat Quarters)
Binding – 1/3 Yard
Backing – 1 1/4 Yards
Fabrics for the Large Throw
Background – 4 1/4 Yards
Colors – 15 Fat Quarters (can be as scrappy as you would like)
Binding – 2/3 Yard
Backing – 5 Yards
Sewing machine and related supplies -
*1/4” foot for your machine
*Rotary cutter, cutting rulers & optional cutting mat
*Thread
*Silk Pins
*Scissors
*Sewline TrioColors Marking pen or a Mechanical Pencil
*Sewline glue pen – optional, but helpful
*Tucker Trimmer I
