Supply List:

OESD Collection No. 80327

Stabilizers: 2 rolls Fusible Woven, 1 roll heavy weight TearAway & 1 roll of medium TearAway or 2 rolls of heavy weight. Two layers of heavy weight is really hard to hoop.

Fabric: 3 1/3 yard of light blue fabric - We did order a bolt of fabric from Moda, so there is a limited number of cuts available at Bernina Sewing Center. Manglesen's also carries the same fabric on the back wall.

Thread: 0010 Silky White, 0152 Dolphin, 0182 Saturn Gray, 0520 Daffodil, 0532 Champagne, 0853 Pecan, 0904 Spanish Gold, 1055 Bark, 1114 Clay, 1141 Tan, 1375 Dark Charcoal, 1521 Flamingo, 1725 Flamingo, 1725 Terra Cotta, 2022 Rio Red, 2336 Maroon, 3951 Azure Blue (2 spools), 3953 Ocean Blue, 4071 Glacier Green, 4174 Charcoal, 4332 Rough Sea, 5552 Palm Leaf, 5643 Green Dust, 5664 Willow, Directions call for 7029 (AN3) Pearlessence Light Blue which is one of the metallic threads (If you would prefer not to use the metallic thread with can be problematic I think either color 145 or 3350 would be good substitutes for it.)

Notions: 505 spray, OESD Perfect Point and Press Tool works very well for helping to flatten the seams and either a press cloth or I used a terry cloth towel to press into, Ruler, rotary cutter, mat for trimming up the tiles, YLI bobbin thread (gray works great or white) and plenty of bobbins to fill, invisible thread for stitching in the ditch (basically quilting the project), plenty of embroidery needles size 14 and if you do choose to use the metallic thread I tried top-stitch, jersey and size 16 jeans needles. The designs are very dense so you will want to change your needle often.

The oval embroidery hoop and a pinch clothes pin for holding hoop open when you are first starting to hoop stabilizers and fabric really helps.

Of course, you will need your clean and oiled sewing machine and embroidery unit. You will need to oil your machine often along the way. Scissors to trim you threads is also a good idea.
