This is a series of 24 embroidered tiles that are then stitched together forming the entire wall hanging.  It will involved multi classes, depending upon student needs.  We will start with the first class and evaluate what we need to do.

Dashing Through the Snow

Supply List:

OESD Design #12359 – Dashing Through the Snow – downloaded to a USB stick

3.25 yards of a tan colored/neutral – needs to be dark enough for the snow (white) to show up

Embroidery machine – cleaned and oiled

Bobbins & bobbin thread – YLI is a great choice

Temporary spray adhesive (505)

Heavy weight cut-away stabilizer – you will need two rolls 15” x 10 yards

Oval embroidery hoop

Embroidery Threads: Isacord

15 white – I used two spools

20 black

You will also need 1/4” satin ribbon and stitch witchery in 1/4” roll to finish plus whatever border and binding fabric you might choose or you can embroider the snowflakes for the border, which I chose not to do.

You will also need your normal embroidery sewing supplies.
