This will be an on-going class – we will be working our way through “School of Sewing” book. In the first class you will learn to stitch a straight seam, a French seam and a slick trick to encase a seam.

 

Pillowcase Supply List:

 

School of Sewing text book – let Kami know that she needs to order for you.

7/8 yard 100% cotton fabric for main part of pillowcase

3/8 yard fabric for cuff

3” for trim

matching cotton thread

size 80 sharp machine needles

 

Normal sewing tools: good working sewing machine that have been cleaned and oiled, straight pins, scissors, rotary cutter & mat if you have them, seam ripper (You should know how to operate your machine prior to class.)
